Lots of interesing stuff going on in this ad for the new Woodland Park Addition that appeared in the Sunday, June 26, 1904 Columbus Dispatch.

The flowery talk is perhaps as appropriate today as it was over 100 years ago...well, with the exception of the claim of "plenty of fine forest trees" and the advantage of the three electric car lines.
